We aim to resolve any issues as swiftly as possible. Here’s how the process works:
How to Start a Return or Replacement
Step 1
Submit a return or replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery if you’ve received a wrong, expired, or damaged product.
For damaged or missing items, please raise your request within 2 days from the delivery date.
Step 2
Allow us up to 2 working days to review your return request.
Step 3
Once your request is approved, we’ll arrange a courier partner to pick up the product(s) from you.
Step 4
Once we receive the returned product(s), we will verify the issue and initiate a replacement or refund. Please note that the replacement is subject to stock availability.
Conditions for Returns/Exchanges

We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged or tampered product (physical damage or packaging issues)
  • Missing products (incomplete order)
Conditions for Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if the following apply:

  • The product has been opened, used, or altered.
  • The product is missing its original packaging (e.g., mono cartons, labels).
  • The return request is made after 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Damaged or missing items reported after 2 days of delivery.
Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, you can cancel your order directly from your My Account page by clicking the Cancel button in the order details section.

Refund Process
  • For prepaid orders, your refund will be processed to the original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card) within 7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please provide your bank details so we can process the refund to your account.
How Long Does It Take to Receive a Refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days from the date the return is approved.
