  • After approval, your items are securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package at your provided address. If they face any issues, they’ll contact you directly.
How Are Items Packaged?
  • All products are packed in sturdy boxes with an outer plastic layer.
  • Each item is individually wrapped with bubble wrap.
  • Fragile products like bottles receive extra care with multiple layers of protection.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with:

  • Courier partner details

You can track your order status within 24 hours of dispatch.

Delivery Timelines
  • Orders are usually shipped within 3–7 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • During sale events or high-volume periods, dispatches may take up to 7 days.
